About the authors:
R. Ray Richards is the primary author and content creator of this website. He is a retired US Air Force Security Forces veteran with 21 years of service, including active duty and as a reservist. He had 2 1/2 years’ worth of deployments during his service, including Iraq, Afghanistan x2, Saudi Arabia x2, Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan. In total, Ray has been to 26 countries. He has also worked in Risk Management for a large financial firm for over 27 years.
Kelton Richards, Ray’s son, is the author of many of the short stories within the primary novels. Kelton also provides valuable input on the storylines and direction of the novels. He served in the US Navy for four years following high school graduation. He was an F-18 aircraft mechanic specializing in hydraulics. He currently works for the same financial firm as his father, albeit in a different line of work.
Ray and Kelton both live in Utah and are avid fans of sci-fi, horror, fantasy, true crime, and history. They don’t claim to be great writers, but they do have overactive imaginations, which counts for something.
