This website is meant for people ages 14+. It is a literary project designed to entertain readers through a cascade of stories that spans genres.
Our stories are NOT AI-generated. They are our own creations. We do use tools such as Grammarly to help us edit our material for punctuation, grammar, and flow. We also use AI to assist us with embedded pictures and designs.
As you move through the main project, or novel, “Callsign: Risky Red,” you’ll be introduced to character profiles, short stories, and entirely new novels by way of embedded links. Each novel is its own project.
All embedded links within the stories are internal to this website. They do not lead to advertisements or to any websites outside of this one. If you encounter a link within a story that takes you to an outside website, please email us at rrayrichards@riskyred.com.

We do not engage in literary pornography or hard cursing. There are some religious threads that run throughout the stories, mostly Judeo-Christian. We do not endorse or bash any religion. The exploration of religious themes and lore as they relate to history, future events, magic, or prophecies are strictly fictious. This website is probably not for you if you are sensitive to this type of artistic fiction.
Most of our stories have defined good guys and defined bad guys, but we do explore some moral complexities. We aren’t Disney, nor are we Game of Thrones.
Finally, we are NOT woke. These characters are alive to us. They have their own personalities and their own histories. From our perspective, we’re telling their stories as they are meant to be told. Forcing diversity harms our ability to tell their stories.
